1 is associated to the colour yellow and the #1.Yello campaign aims to socially spread yellow throughout digital and social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

Mental health affects people in many ways, some experience mild occurrences while others truly suffer deeply with issues affecting their every day lives.
The campaign is to assist people to overcome their fears by sharing their innermost thoughts. They are able to witness that others share similar experiences and that they are not alone. By sharing their fears, others are able to help them overcome their problems.
